In the 2025-26 funding cycle, we were awarded a project to develop entrepreneurial skills for Key Stage 4 pupils in Denbighshire. At the core of the project was giving these young people the opportunity to see that they are more capable than they might realise.
Of course, we use outdoor activities as a metaphor for that with the 4-day residential, including workshops from Big Ideas Wales.
The programme finished with the young people running their own pop-up in Denbighshire.
