2024 Multiply Fund Denbighshire
We’re excited to share the success of our Multiply Fund project!
Originally committed to signing up 80 learners, we exceeded our goal with 99 participants who each made significant strides in their maths skills. Running from June to October 2024, this initiative was part of the Shared Prosperity Fund, and we chose a unique approach to learning: combining maths with adventure education. Through engaging activities like Bushcraft, Archery, and Mountain Skills, our learners gained confidence and practical mathematical abilities. Check out the video below to see the journey in action!

2024 DVSC Key Fund Project
The DVSC Key Fund strengthens third-sector organizations in Denbighshire with one-off revenue and capital grants from £2,000 to £50,000, building resilience and sustainability to ensure they can continue delivering valuable services. Unlike traditional grants, the Key Fund focuses on strengthening organizations rather than funding specific projects. For Bryntysilio, the Key Fund has been vital in creating a professional office space, restoring our building, and supporting our team in delivering high-quality programs. This fund has been instrumental in helping us improve our site and serve our community even better.

2024 International Junior Ranger Camp
This camp was an amazing week for the Junior Rangers where they shared and learned from one another, and had plenty of fun! The Clwydian Range and Dee Valley National Landscape is managed by a team from the local council and they shared their special places with the camp participants, from Caer Drewyn, and Iron-Age hillfort, to the UNESCO World Heritage Site which includes the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, the highest usable canal aqueduct.
