Are you a teacher or leader who wants to lead your students on exciting and rewarding DofE expeditions? Do you want to be prepared for any emergency situation that might arise in the outdoors? If so, you need to enrol in our outdoor first aid course, designed specifically for teachers running DofE expeditions.

Our outdoor first aid course will teach you how to deal with common injuries and illnesses that can occur in the wilderness, such as blisters, cuts, sprains, fractures, hypothermia, heatstroke, and more. You will also learn how to summon help, communicate effectively, and manage a casualty until professional help arrives. Our course is practical and engaging, with plenty of hands-on scenarios and simulations to test your skills and knowledge.

By completing our outdoor first aid course, you will not only gain a valuable skill for life, but also a nationally recognised qualification that is valid for three years. Our course meets the requirements of the DofE Expedition Training Framework and the requirements for National Governing Awards such as MLT.  You will also receive a certificate and a few useful first aid supplies to take with you on your expeditions.

Our outdoor first aid course is delivered by experienced and qualified instructors who have a passion for outdoor education and adventure. Our course is suitable for leaders of all levels of experience, from beginners to experts. We offer flexible dates and locations to suit your needs and availability.
